1. If you already have your pension report please click here
  2. Or generate your own pension report using the table on the Compulsory Contribution page
  3. Enter employer number
  4. Click new entry for each individual employee’s record 
  5. VERPEN and VERPEEN*? Voluntary contribution is optional. Does it affects your calculation if you remove the * with it?
  6. Press enter ONCE ONLY after all fields are completed. The application will automatically update your records.
  7. Click Download EXCEL or CSV. System will automatically download a copy of your report in your preferred format. Please save the download for upload next.
  8. Enter Pay Month and pay year
  9. Press PAY NOW

We do not store your bank card details, it has to be typed each time you do a card payment.
