Seychelles Pension Fund joined other local Financial Institutions on Friday and Saturday 23rd and Saturday 24th November 2018 in a Financial Education Fair at the Camion Hall lawn Victoria. The fair, an initiative of the Central Bank of Seychelles and the Financial Services Authority provided the public with the opportunity to engage with representatives across the financial services community, which included both banks and non-bank financial services.
The aim of the fair was to :
- educate the public on available products and services as well as the effective and responsible usage of same;
- provide any clarifications on the functions of the different financial services Organizations
- to answer any queries or concerns that members of the public may have on matters relating to financial services;
SPF seized the opportunity to launch its Christmas Voluntary Contribution Voucher, an initiative intended at attracting new membership onto the Voluntary Contribution scheme through the power of advocacy and influence of significant others.
It was also an opportunity for members to review their contributions, pensions and freshen up on benefits available at SPF.
