Consistent with Section 5(1) and 6(2) consecutively of the Seychelles Pension Fund Act 2005, the Seychelles Pension Fund shall be administered by a Board of Trustees which shall be appointed by the President for a period of three (3) years.
Mrs. Shella Mohideen
Pursuant to the coming to the end of the tenure of the previous Board, the President has announced the composition of the new Board of Trustees as follows;
The new Chairperson of the Board is Miss Shella Mohideen, whilst Miss Odile Vidot has been elected as the new Vice-Chairperson.
Other members of the Board are Miss Elsie Morel and Miss Brenda Morin who served on the previous Board, whilst Mr. Keith Arnephie, Mr. Dick Labonte, Mr. Tyrian Gendron, Miss Alexandra Benoiton, Mrs. Fabiola Horner and Miss Vanessa Mussard are the new addition to the Board.
Their appointment is effective March 1st 2024.
Miss Nisreen Abdul Majid has been re-appointed as the CEO of Seychelles Pension Fund for a period of three years effective 1st February 2024.
