Ms. Evelina Antha

Chief Risk & Policies Officer

Ms. Evelina Antha holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance obtained from the University of Manchester, UK in 2007 as well as a Master’s degree in Investment and Finance with the University of Nottingham, UK in 2011.

Ms. Antha started work in 2007 at the Seychelles Pension Fund (SPF) and spent a total of 10 years at the Fund. She occupied the post of Investment Manager and was later promoted to Chief Investment Officer at the Fund. She was appointed to the post of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Property Management Corporation (PMC) in 2018 a post she held until the end of her contract in 2021. Ms. Antha was later employed as a lecturer/AAT Coordinator with SBSA from July 2021 to November 2022.

Ms. Antha is a serious and hard-working individual who has always been willing to go the extra mile to get the job done. She is known to provide her help and support to others and share knowledge with her colleagues.

In recognition of the support that she has received from SPF in the development of her professional career, Ms. Antha returned to SPF in November 2022 to assist in the next phase of growth of the Fund.

Mr. Darell Bristol

Head of Corporate Communication – HCC

Mr. Bristol joined the SPF in 2004 and has held the post of Manager since 2010.

He holds a Master’s degree in Advertising and Marketing Communication from Bournemouth University. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

Mrs. Lyne Bonté

Head of Human Resources & Administration – HHRA

Mrs. Bonté joined the SPF in 2005 and was promoted to Manager in 2008. She holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration (MPA).

Mr. Vincent Adam

Head of Project – HOP

Mr. Adam joined the SPF in 2009 and has been in his current position since 2017. He holds a Master’s degree in Construction Project Management from the University of The West of England (Bristol) in United Kingdom.

Ms. Marie joined SPF in 2010 as an Accountant, in 2015 was transferred to Investment section and appointed as Investment Manager in 2018. She holds a First class degree in Accounting and Finance from Middlesex University, UK and an MSc with Distinction in Investment and Financial risk management from Kingston University, UK.

Ms. Spiro joined the SPF in 2015 and was appointed to her current position in 2017. She holds a BSc degree in Economics from the University of Montpellier 1 in France and an MSc specialising in Human Resource and Social development from the University of Paul Valery in Montpellier, France.
