Minister of Finance, Trade, Investment and Economic Planning, Ambassador Maurice LOUSTAU-LALANNE conducted a familiarization visit of the Seychelles Pension Fund on Thursday 11th July 2019.
The visit was aimed at providing the Minister the opportunity to meet with members of staff and update himself on ongoing issues and developments within SPF.
The visit started with a tour of the Perseverance apartments accompanied by the Minister of Habitat, Lands, Infrastructure, and Land Transport, Mrs. Pamela Charlette, the presence of SPF CEO Mrs. Lekha Nair, GM Corporate Services Mrs. Audrey Nanon and GM Pensions Mr. Jeffrey Moses.
To note that the one bedroom and two bedroom apartment project is scheduled for completion at the end of November 2019.
The Minister then proceeded to a tour to all 13 sections of SPF main branch, interacting with staff members on the day to day functions and issues represented by each section within SPF; the sections include Processing, Customer Relations, Benefits, Contributions, HR and Administration, Project, Investments, Risk, Marketing, Information Technology, Property, Accounts and Audit.
The Minister of Finance commended the consistent representation of the SPF brand image versus its identity – promoting transparency through professionalism and dedication. Long serving staff members were completed for their commitments towards their chosen career at SPF.
