SPF remains committed to assisting all of its private sector tenants as best as it can; especially during COVID-19.
In this short video, we interview a private sector tenant – Mr. Dave Pillay – who has two shops at Victoria House, as well as a warehouse which he has been renting from SPF for 8 years now. Recently, SPF committed to providing a 10% discount in rent from August to December 2020, for all private sector tenants in good standing with us (having no arrears as at 31st July 2020).
