Easy and Secure Registration
To access My e‑Service, members simply:
- Click on the My e‑Service icon on the SPF website
- Create an account by providing basic personal details
- Upload selfie photos for added security and identity verification
Once submitted, the application is reviewed and approved internally to ensure data protection and member safety.
Account Activation
After approval, members receive an email confirmation containing:
- A secure login link
- A temporary password
Members can then:
- Enter their National Identity Number (NIN)
- Log in using the temporary password
- Access their contribution history and records
For security reasons, members are strongly encouraged to change their temporary password after first login and keep it safe.
