While primarily designed to help employers and self -employed workers submit monthly compulsory pension contributions on behalf of their employees, the platform is not limited to employers. Employees and individual members may also use the system to manage and pay their own voluntary contributions directly.
Streamlined Payroll & Contribution Management
The platform has been streamlined to improve usability and speed. Users can:
- Modify an existing payroll
- Reuse a previous payroll
- Upload payrolls generated in‑house using existing HR or payroll software
- Download a compatible payroll template for easy system integration
This flexibility supports companies that generate payroll internally as well as members managing their own contributions.
Registration & Account Administration
To access the platform, users must:
- Register on the e‑Contribution landing page to create an administrator account
- Receive a one‑time activation code via email
- Complete their profile and add businesses or accounts under “My Companies”
An administrator can manage multiple companies or accounts from one profile, making the platform ideal for employers, tax agents, business owners, and individual contributors.
Contribution Types Supported
The platform supports:

- Gift Voucher Contributions
A copy of each submitted payroll or contribution record is automatically generated for reference.
