Seychelles Pension Fund is launching an expression of interest from prospective tenants within the hospitality, retail and entertainment sectors who are interested in leasing a space(s) in the new Pirates Arms building as per below:

- Applicants should provide a brief business plan or concept for spaces to be occupied.
- The cost of all necessary amenities including internal partitioning and interior design will be borne by the successful applicants.
- Rentable spaces available for lease for a minimum of 2 (two) years with options to renew.
Seychelles Pension Fund will contact the selected prospective tenant once shortlisted to discuss and formalize the arrangement.

Submission of expression of interest, and business plan/concept should be submitted by email to the above contact person or in a sealed envelope bearing the following;
‘Expression of interest for rental spaces on SPF’s properties
and placed in the drop box located on the ground floor at Seychelles Pension Fund, Caravelle House, Victoria, on or before close of business on Friday 29th May 2026
