Mr. Nicette joined SPF in November 2017. He Attended the University of Serbia specializing in Architectural Engineering. Mr. Nicette has over 10 years’ experience in the construction industry and he is a current committee member of the procurement oversight unit for civil work with the Ministry of Finance, Trade and Economic Planning.
