Why should you register for our “My Pension e-Service” platform? This week, we asked our Praslin and La Digue Manager, Mrs. Tessy Poris, to share the benefits of registering for the “My Pension e-Service” scheme:
“A large part of my responsibility as the Praslin and La Digue Manager involves providing a good service to register our customers for the “My Pension e-Service” platform, as well as to build positive relationships with our customers. There were initially some cases where customers could not access their account after being registered, and we’ve worked hard to address this. It’s important to me that we consistently strive to exceed our customer’s needs. I want us to achieve a level of service that makes our customers say ‘wow’ every time.
“After registering our customers, I ensure that my team promotes a positive, helpful and friendly environment, and that our customers leave with a great impression of the Pension Fund. Ensuring that our customers are satisfied with our services is essential.
“These days, customers will no longer tolerate long delays or slower response times by conducting their transactions in-person. Today’s generation is used to using computers and online services. Networks are fast and computers have enough processing power for customers to gather their information – and undertake their transactions – efficiently.
“With the “My Pension e-Service” platform, our customers have been telling us that it is the perfect solution for them, as it enables them to receive all information on their account from the comfort of their home. The service is a fast and reliable way to access all of your information. Your data is very secure. We encourage our “My Pension e-Service” customers to change their password upon registering and to keep their log-in details confidential.
