Seychelles Pension Fund will be opening yet another new building at Anse Boileau on Friday 15th September 2017 at 10.30 am.
The Anse Boileau Micro Enterprise Project which started in April 2016 and lasted for a year, consists of four separate buildings with a total land area of 1615 square meters, and will be rented out to the Industrial Estate Agency (IEA), who will in turn then sublease the various rental spaces to small businesses of the district. Amongst the facilities on offer are 3 shops, a cafeteria, 3 light industrial workshops, 3 mechanical workshops/garages, 1 bakery, and 1 artisanal kiosk.
The cost of the project amounts to SCR 13 million all inclusive. The contract for the construction of the building was awarded to Qingjia
