Seychelles Pension Fund wishes to advise its members that the institution has successfully disposed its property at Anse La Mouche, which comprised of 3 vacant plots of land (C6371, C269, C6137), for the consideration amount of SCR5,310,000. This follows the public tender for 4 of its properties which closed on Monday 25th October 2021. The process was administered by the National Tender Board.
In line with the Seychelles Pension Fund’s investment’s Strategy, subsequent rounds of property disposal are expected in the foreseeable future.
