Why should you register for our “My Pension e-Service” platform? Each week, we’ll be asking our staff members who work tirelessly to deliver this service to promote the benefits of the platform to our customers. Here are the thoughts of our Customer Relations Manager, Mr. Nicholas Etienne:
“I am the Customer Relations Manager at the Pension Fund and I contribute towards the effective running of the “My Pension e-Service” scheme, by sharing information on the service with our customers. This includes letting them know how to register and how to gain access to the e-Service, as well as updating our registration records.
“Despite some initial technical teething issues, we’ve since received positive feedback from a number of customers who have praised us for our excellent customer service. I welcome that members are able to view their pension contribution statements from their laptops, smartphones and other personal devices. The “My Pension e-Service” scheme solves a number of issues that once existed; we’ve noticed a decrease in complaints from customers regarding their statements, and the system is transparent.
